Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager Company: Home Fare Services Location: Head Office Finglas, Dublin 11 Salary: €36,605 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week (full-time) About the Role Home Fare Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with company standards. Lead, train, and supervise team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs effectively. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle any issues professionally. Work closely with senior management to improve service quality and operational efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or similar supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. What We Offer Competitive annual salary of €36,605. Full-time role with a 39-hour working week.
