Dineen Crash Repairs Limited are seeking multiple experienced Panel Beaters to join our team in Lehenaghmore, Togher, Cork, T12 P864. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and replacing vehicle bodywork to the highest industry standards. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a strong eye for detail, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and customer satisfaction.

The salary range starts from €36,605 (18.05/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary may be more based on experience and will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. 

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out panel beating, welding, filling, and finishing work on damaged vehicles.
Repair or replace body panels, doors, bumpers, and other structural parts.
Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition in line with insurance and manufacturer requirements.
Use appropriate tools and equipment, including jigs, welders, and measuring systems.
Assess damage and provide accurate repair estimates when required.
Work closely with painters, mechanics, and estimators to ensure smooth workflow.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:
Qualified Panel Beater (National Craft Certificate or equivalent apprenticeship).
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in a bodyshop environment.
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturer repair methods.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Full, clean driving licence.

Desirable:
Experience with aluminium and plastic repair techniques.
Familiarity with vehicle measuring systems (e.g., Car-O-Liner).
Certification in welding or manufacturer-specific repair training.
Previous experience working with insurance-approved repair centres.
