Job description Better at Home are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in the Dublin area. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient, empathetic and have a passion for caring for others. Key Responsibilities: Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Preparing and serving meals and snacks Light housekeeping duties Assisting clients with mobility and transfers Providing companionship and emotional support to clients Requirements: Minimum of 6 months experience in a care-giving role Full driving license and access to a car is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends Job Types: Full-time Bi-Weekly: €1407.88 Pay: Salary: €36605 Contract: 39hrs Hourly: €18.04 Additional pay: Bonus pay Performance bonus Benefits: Bike to work scheme Schedule: 8-12 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate:
