We are looking for professional/energetic, full-time chefs (Chef De Partie) for our kitchen to develop and produce South Indian Products. Someone with high standards, attention to detail is a must. We are a growing business looking for the hardworking professional to join our team. This is a full-time job for 39 hours so no student visas or part-time or no experience applications please. 
Our Kitchen is located in Unit 7 The Junction Great Southern Way The Crossings Adamstown Lucan Co. Dublin K78 E0X5. This job will suit an energetic/professional chef that willing to do shift work. This is a 7am start shift so early public transport or own transport is essential. This is service kitchen so only chefs that are committed to work in a busy environment kitchen to the highest HACCP. 
Responsibilities: 
To cook to high quality levels following recipes. 
Work to the company high standards. 
Responsible for HACCP and Health and Safety in the kitchen. 
Knowledge/ skills required: HACCP Level 2 minimum. 
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen required. 
Ability to work in a team to high standards of delivery. Drive and ambition to succeed. Working in a professional, friendly environment. 
The Minimum annual remuneration €37k.
