Carysfort Inns Limited T/A The Blackrock, located at 1-5 Temple Road, Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock. Co Dublin, A94Y5F1, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team. Must be hardworking and capable of producing high quality foods. Duties will include assisting in the food preparation process, cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes, preparing vegetables and meats, assisting other Chefs, helping with deliveries and restocking, assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain high standards under pressure. Good communication and teamwork skills. Salary: €36,605 per annum 39h per week Location: 1-5 Temple Road, Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock. Co Dublin, A94Y5F1
