Based in Sandyford, Dublin, we specialise in external and internal branding, signage, dynamic lighting, and building cladding for clients such as BWG, Maxol, McDonald’s, and Heineken.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machining Centre and Router Operator with proven hands-on experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to independently operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC equipment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
 Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining centre and CNC router equipment for production of aluminium and composite signage components
 Adjust machine settings, tooling, feeds, and speeds to ensure precision and efficiency
 Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and translate them into machining operations
 Process a range of materials including extruded aluminium profiles, aluminium sheets, plastics, MDF, and composite materials
 Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues to minimise downtime
 Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and production specifications
 Maintain accurate production and material usage records
 Support assembly operations where required using trade tools and equipment
 Follow all health and safety procedures in a busy manufacturing environment
Essential Skills and Experience:
 Minimum 3 years’ proven experience operating CNC machining centres and CNC routers in a manufacturing environment
 Demonstrated ability to independently set up and run CNC machines
 Strong experience working with aluminium, plastics, and composite materials
 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to a high level of accuracy
 Proven ability to work to tight production deadlines with minimal supervision
 Experience operating CNC machining centres, ideally including Elumatec SBZ 151, SBZ 122, or similar aluminium profile machining centres
Key Requirements:
 This role requires flexibility to work a permanent afternoon shift (12:00–20:30) following an initial onboarding/training period, due to operational production requirements
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
 Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Applicant must have a good command of the English language.
 Strong problem-solving ability in a production environment
Working Conditions
 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
 Manufacturing workshop environment
 Manual handling and machine operation required
