The night time supervisor will be responsible for supervising  production and staff on the factory floor, ensuring that efficiency, quality, and safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will assist on production lines, coordinate with team members, and work to meet production targets while prioritising the quality of products. The chosen candidate will report directly to the Production Manager and the Process Manager.

Responsibilities:
	Coordinate production staff (via team leaders), provide training and guidance where needed and provide input to performance reviews.
	Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and specifications, ensure quality control measures are met, troubleshoot operational issues to minimise downtime, and ensure production targets are met.
	Report any issues to the maintenance manager/team to minimise and avoid disruptions.
	Analyse production records, including output, efficiency, and quality, report to management on progress or challenges.
	Maintaining housekeeping of the factory floor and organising materials for up coming production runs, making sure there are no mixed lines of materials on all areas 
	Being familiar with production and shipping schedules to prepare outbound shipments 
	From time to time the need may arise to run production lines to ensure production targets are met.
	Ensure shift handovers are completed 
	Organise break cover on priority production lines 
	If opening premises, ensure smooth production/equipment start-up
	If closing premises, ensure all equipment is off - lock and secure building.
