**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple departments, helping to shape the future of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
* Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
* Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring strategies

**Requirements**

* 2+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house)
* Strong knowledge of the Irish job market
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
* Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

**Desirable**

* Experience recruiting for tech, finance, or specialised roles
* Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience
