DRUBC is a leading Irish import, export, and distribution company with a strong presence across global markets. We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in a pivotal role that bridges the gap between business strategy and technology delivery.

As a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, you will ensure that technology solutions align with DRUBC's strategic goals — driving efficiency across our supply chain, reporting systems, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for technological improvement and optimisation.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from key stakeholders across DRUBC.
Lead and manage IT initiatives focused on enhancing supply chain operations, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.
Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications for development and implementation teams.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the testing, deployment, and adoption of new technology solutions across the organisation.
Contribute to DRUBC's long-term technological growth strategy and advancement in international markets.

Requirements & Qualifications
A relevant degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a comparable analytical role.
Demonstrated expertise in IT project delivery, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working within supply chain, logistics, distribution, or a related sector is advantageous.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2) is a plus.
