Duties to include - Deliver planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance across mechanical and plumbing systems.
Carry out inspections and ensure compliance for HVAC, water systems, and life safety equipment.
Manage work orders via CAFM (Maximo), ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
Respond promptly to helpdesk requests and client queries.
Assist in general maintenance tasks, ensuring facilities are kept in good working order.
Support minor installations, repairs, and modifications to building systems.
Assist with operational support and vendor escorting.
Monitor site conditions, report hazards, and follow strict health & safety protocols.
Represent Sodexo professionally, maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
What are looking for
Essential
Qualified plumber with strong background in mechanical and/or plumbing services within a commercial office environment.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, water systems, and life safety equipment.
Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, handheld devices).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable
Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo).
Familiarity with Irish building regulations and standards
Ability to identify service improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
