Irish Jacket Potato Limited, located at Killegar Farm, Killegar, Enniskerry, Wicklow, A98 Y072, is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes Prepare ingredients, including vegetables and meats, to a high standard Ensure consistency and presentation of all dishes meets company standards Support the Head Chef and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team Receive and organise deliveries, ensuring proper storage procedures Assist with stock control and rotation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen stations Adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety regulations Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure Excellent time management and organisational skills Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset What We Offer Opportunity to join a professional and growing team Positive and supportive working environment Career development and progression opportunities Salary: €36,605 per annum 39h per week Location: Killegar Farm, Killegar, Enniskerry, Wicklow, A98 Y072
