WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 
1. Operations Management:
•	Oversee & manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely processing of incoming and outgoing deliveries 
•	Monitor workflow and coordinate with Buying & merchandising teams to prioritise stock team activity to meet business service level agreements (SLAs)
•	Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs & loss

2. Team Management:
•	Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to maintain highest safety and operational standards
•	Ensure all staff foster a culture of passion, positivity, teamwork, love learning, Trust & Respect. 
•	Conduct regular 121’s , performance reviews , coach and develop our staff 

3. Safety and Compliance:
•	Ensure compliance with all health, safety, including handling and storage of our products
•	Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting warehouse and Logistics operations
•	Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective and preventative actions as necessary

4.Logistics and Coordination:
•	Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. B& M, Customer Happiness Team) and external logistics providers to ensure seamless operations
•	Manage the logistics of deliveries, including customs documentation and transportation providers
•	Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners

5.Inventory Management:
•	Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage
•	Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations
•	Track inventory and generate reports

6. Facility Management:
•	Ensure the warehouse facility is maintained in a clean, organised, and secure manner
•	Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment.
