What you'll do Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen and storage guidelines Prepare high-quality coffee in a busy environment, serving a high volume of customers efficiently Take full ownership of the coffee dock area, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and organised Prepare and serve food items, including sandwiches, to a high standard Operate the till accurately, including handling payments and end-of-day cashing up Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally What you'll bring Proven barista experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Confidence in making coffee consistently to a high standard under pressure Experience in food preparation, including sandwich making Ability to use a till and handle cash transactions accurately Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work area Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and use initiative effectively Why Sodexo?
