What you'll do
Deliver friendly and welcoming service to colleagues, clients, and customers
Keep service and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
Follow food safety, hygiene, allergen and storage guidelines
Prepare high-quality coffee in a busy environment, serving a high volume of customers efficiently
Take full ownership of the coffee dock area, ensuring it is well-stocked, clean, and organised
Prepare and serve food items, including sandwiches, to a high standard
Operate the till accurately, including handling payments and end-of-day cashing up
Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
What you'll bring
Proven barista experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Confidence in making coffee consistently to a high standard under pressure
Experience in food preparation, including sandwich making
Ability to use a till and handle cash transactions accurately
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work area
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative effectively
