Old Mill Construction Limited, located at Ballyhooly, Mallow, Co. Cork is seeking 4 skilled and reliable Horticulture Workers to support landscape development and plant cultivation. The role involves planting, maintaining, and managing horticultural areas using professional techniques and equipment. Key Duties & Responsibilities Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilising trees, shrubs, and plants Soil preparation, turfing, and mulching Identification and treatment of plant diseases and pests Operating horticultural machinery (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems) Installing and maintaining irrigation and drainage systems Assisting in landscape development projects Monitoring plant health and growth conditions Ensuring safe use of tools and compliance with health & safety regulations Skills & Requirements Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in horticulture / landscaping Basic knowledge of plant care and soil management Ability to operate landscaping tools and machinery Good physical fitness Basic English communication skills Yearly Remuneration for this role is €32,691.00 based on 39 hours per week work.
