About the Company

Kevin McAllen Holdings Ltd. provides construction and property maintenance services for residential and commercial projects.
We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and structures.
Ensure high-quality finishing and attention to detail.
Follow work instructions, drawings, and project specifications.
Maintain tools and materials in good condition.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Comply with health & safety regulations on site.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Painter or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
Ability to work to deadlines and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently when required.
Must be available to work 39 hours per week.
Benefits
Salary of €36,605 per year (€18.05 per hour).
Full-time, permanent position.
