Supervise construction teams on-site and ensure tasks are properly assigned.
Plan daily and weekly work schedules and monitor progress according to project timelines.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with engineering and technical standards.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and prevent accidents.
Track materials and equipment to guarantee timely availability for workflow support.
Communicate regularly with management to report project progress and potential challenges.
Resolve daily operational issues affecting workers or project flow.
