Chef de Partie – Full-Time | Permanent Role Location: Co. Wexford, Ireland Sector: Hotel Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are recruiting an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join a professional, high-volume hotel kitchen. This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who can confidently run their own section, maintain high standards, and contribute effectively within a structured brigade. The successful candidate will support senior kitchen management in delivering consistent quality, efficiency, and presentation across all services. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for your assigned section Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety procedures Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management Guide and support junior chefs and commis staff Work efficiently under pressure during busy service Maintain clear communication and smooth handovers within the team Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Senior Commis in a busy kitchen Ability to run a section independently Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Team player with a professional attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods Salary & Benefits Pay Rate: €16.50 – €17.50 per hour (gross), depending on experience Accommodation Support: €75 per week contribution towards accommodation Contract: Full-time, long-term, permanent position Work Environment: Professional, structured kitchen with consistent business levels Career Growth: Opportunities for progression within the kitchen team How to Apply Send your CV in English to: jobs@euworkforce.ie
