The role involves supporting the Supervisor with the day-to-day coordination of pipefitting and welding activities, leading small teams on site, and ensuring all installation work is carried out in accordance with technical drawings, project specifications, and site procedures. Responsibilities include assisting with daily planning, monitoring productivity, ensuring materials and tools are available, maintaining accurate progress updates, and promoting a strong safety culture on site. The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, ensuring high standards of workmanship, quality control, and compliance with company and client requirements at all times.
