We are seeking an experienced Class CE HGV Driver to join our container and port haulage operation based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois. The role involves: Operating articulated trucks (Class CE) on container haulage routes, including port collections and deliveries Liaising with port and depot staff for collections and drop-offs Completing all required tachograph, logbook, and delivery documentation accurately Ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle checks Complying fully with road transport regulations and working time directive requirements Requirements: Valid Irish/EU Class CE driving licence Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) card (in-date) Valid Tachograph card (in-date) Minimum 5 years' experience operating Class CE articulated vehicles Demonstrable experience in container or port haulage operations Full working knowledge of tachograph operation and compliance Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on long-distance routes Applicants must be legally able to work within Ireland and the EU. Full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday schedule 8am-5pm Salary of €37 000 per annum Supportive team environment Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
