Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Duties to Include: A range of tasks, such as sorting of donations for cleaning, preparing donations for display, replenishing shop displays, arranging the stockroom. 

You will also be responsible for receiving money from customers, issuing change, issuing receipts and balancing the till as required. 

The role involves a lot of interacting with customers and  handling customer queries, dealing with incoming calls, making outgoing calls and noting messages to be passed on to relevant person.
