Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

•	To assist the cook on duty with the preparation of food ie: prepare Vegetables
•	Assist with the making up of dinners in take away containers
•	Wash up dirty cutlery and dishes. Operate kitchen dishwasher
•	Set up tea trolley and serve tea to clients in dayroom when requested.
•	Report shortage of supplies to Cook or Manager.
•	Keep all counter tops clean and wipe down regularly
•	Mop kitchen floor 
•	Take out rubbish
•	General kitchen duties
