Arco Fleet Maintenance Ltd. t/a Arco Ford is recruiting multiple Mechanical Engineers for our premises in Unit 5 Dunshaughlin Business Park, Dunshaughlin, A85 H732 and Coolmine Industrial Estate, Blanchardstown Dublin D15 HF51.

The salary range starts from €36,605 (18.05/hr) to €54,000 (26.63/hr) based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications.

We are now recruiting for permanent full-time qualified Mechanical Engineers.

Job Description:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
Specialised expertise in troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical components such as engines, gear systems, hydraulic systems, and control panels.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Conduct testing and calibration of mechanical systems to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and parts used, contributing to an organised and efficient workflow.
Communicate with clients to understand equipment issues, provide explanations of necessary repairs, and address any concerns or questions.
Address modern mechanical complexities and efficiently handle repairs or replacements.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ensure that all repairs and maintenance activities meet high-quality standards, promoting customer satisfaction and safety.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Be a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
A professional working level of English is required.
Must have good teamwork and communication skills
