Cullens Cars Sligo are seeking to recruit an experienced HGV Mechanic to join our busy garage and vehicle services business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, diagnostics and repair of diesel engines and mechanical systems in light and commercial vehicles, including vans, jeeps and commercial vehicles.

Requirements:

Essential:

Minimum Experience Required (Years) : 2 Years of vehicle technician Experience
Minimum Qualification : Level 4 (incl Leaving Certificate/ Leaving Certificate Applied/ Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme)
Desirable:

Languages : English B1-Intermediate
Comparison mode : AND - All Languages must match criteria.

Ability Skills : Manual, Skilled Trade(s)
Competency Skills : Problem Solving, Working on own Initiative
Additional Skills : None
Specialising In : HGV Vehicle Mechanic
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a HGV Vehicle Mechanic
Experience with diesel engines and commercial vehicles
Strong diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Cullen's Recovery & Repairs Ltd, Lisruntagh, Drumfin, Riverstown , Co Sligo are hiring a HGV Vehicle Mechanic. Ideal candidate will be able troubleshoot, maintain and service mechanical or electrical faults and issues on HGV Motor Vehicles , conduct preventative maintenance and repair, carry out pre delivery inspections .
