Up To My Eyes Limited requires an Operational Manager to join the team in Co. Wicklow. The annual salary is €20 per hour for a standard 40-hour week.
The Operational Manager will play a key role in supporting the owner in the day-to-day running and growth of Up To My Eyes. This is a hands-on position suited to a small business environment, requiring a proactive and adaptable individual who can take ownership of operational processes, improve efficiency, train staff and help build a high-performing team. The role focuses on improving business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing practical solutions that streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. The Operations Manager will also support staff development and ensure smooth coordination across all activities.
