Ballycasey, Shannon / Limerick €28.00 per hour | 24/7 shifts We are currently recruiting Security Control Room Operators to join a professional team based in Ballycasey. This is a control room-based role, supporting the monitoring of CCTV, alarms, and site systems, and responding to incidents in real time within a structured environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor CCTV, alarms and access control systems Respond to and escalate incidents in line with procedures Maintain accurate logs and reports Communicate effectively with on-site teams and management What We’re Looking For Previous control room / CCTV monitoring experience is required Valid PSA Licence (essential) Strong communication and decision-making skills Good IT skills and attention to detail Ability to work 24/7 shift patterns What We Offer €28.00 per hour Structured environment with clear procedures Ongoing training and development Long-term, stable roles
