EBAR INDUSTRIES LIMITED, t/a ELLIE'S, Location: The Shamrock inn Hotel, Main Street, Lahinch, Co. Clare, V95A4TX, Ireland. require a Assistant Restaurant Manager for a busy restaurant. 

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for manage food and beverage operations.
Ability to delegate and lead a team of staff.
Other requirements include:
• Similar experience in modern dining environment
• Comply with HACCP control and maintain standards of hygiene.

Salary: €36,650 per annum. 

Hours: 39 hours per week.

Location: ELLIE'S, The Shamrock inn Hotel, Main Street, Lahinch, Co. Clare, V95A4TX, Ireland.
