 Join a Busy Coastal Kitchen as a Grill Chef

A well-established hospitality venue on Ireland’s west coast is currently seeking an experienced Grill Chef / Chef de Partie to join its professional kitchen team.

This role is ideal for chefs who enjoy working on the grill section, preparing steaks, burgers, seafood, and grilled dishes in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

The kitchen focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and maintaining consistent standards during busy service periods.

 Key Responsibilities

 Manage and run the grill section during service
 Cook and prepare meats, seafood, and grill dishes to high standards
 Maintain accuracy in cooking temperatures and timing
 Ensure consistency and portion control across all dishes
 Prepare mise en place for the grill station
 Work closely with Head Chef and team during service
 Maintain HACCP and hygiene standards
 Support the wider kitchen team during peak periods

 Candidate Profile

 Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
 Strong experience on grill section preferred
 Knowledge of meat cookery and cooking techniques
 Strong organisational and time-management skills
 Ability to work under pressure in busy service
 Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
 Good level of English communication
 Must be eligible to work in Ireland
