  Role Overview
You will be the face of our dining experience—ensuring every guest feels valued, attended to, and delighted by both our service and our cuisine.
  Key Responsibilities
 Greet, seat and present menus to guests with a friendly, professional attitude
  Take accurate food and beverage orders; communicate special requests to kitchen and bar staff
 Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking back to ensure guest satisfaction
  Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness throughout the service area
  Handle payments (cash and card) and process bills through our POS system
  Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth service flow, particularly during peak times
  Uphold all health, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies
  Candidate Profile
 Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role (restaurants, cafés or hotels)
  Strong communication skills in English; Irish language skills a plus
  Friendly, with a genuine passion for hospitality
  Ability to multitask, stay organised and remain calm under pressure
  Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends and public holidays
  Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
