We are seeking an experienced/qualified Production Chef with at least two years of experience to join our team at Cabinteely, providing toasties to around 60 cafes in Dublin and neighbourhood customers. The ideal candidate will have a sustainability mindset and be passionate about delivering quality food whilst maintaining our ethos. Must be flexible in working schedule, weekend availability essential. Purpose of the job: to ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with the company standards and the customers' demands, providing quality service, and following instructions given. Role Responsibilities: Strictly adhere to food handling, hygiene, and HACCP requirements to maintain a safe production environment High-volume food production whilst maintaining strict quality and consistency in line with brand standards. Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and the ability to work with precision. Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Competencies (Behaviour & Attributes): Be able to multitask and problem solve, be adaptable and flexible. To be calm under pressure and work well as part of a team.
