Job Title: Procurement Manager

Salary: €36,605 per year
Hourly Rate: €18.05 per hour (based on 39 hours per week)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Procuremnt manager is responsible for sourcing and purchasing a wide range of tile products, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer demand. The role involves identifying and managing relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. They should  monitor market trends to select competitive and appealing products, while also managing inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock. Additionally, the candidate must be able to control purchasing budgets, analyze the costs to improve profit margins, and  shouls coordinate closely with sales and warehouse teams for demand planning and stock management. They need to oversee quality checks on incoming products, handle any issues with damaged or incorrect deliveries, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies and efficient procurement operations.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably within the tiles, construction, or home improvement industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze market trends and control costs effectively. The role requires good organizational and inventory management abilities, as well as proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office tools. A keen eye for quality, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and warehouse teams are also important for success in this position.
