Job Title: Butcher Employer: H&D Meats Ltd T/A Robinson Meats Location: Unit E1 Chapelizod Est, Chapelizod, Dublin 20, D20 C437 Salary: €36,605 p.a. Hours: 39 hours per week Responsibilities: • Producing cuts and trims of meat to the company’s specification and at line speed. • Deboning several types of meats. • Following production targets. • Able to work in chilled area. • Checking cuts of meat for bruises, blemishes and defects and remove accordingly. • Other duties that may be part of the role from time to time. Requirements: • Excellent knife skills • Experience in breaking down cattle and lamb • Excellent customer service skills • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
