About the role Full time - Fixed Term 8:00am - 4:00pm €56,000 per annum Location – ESB Nationwide Engineer a brighter future. You’ll keep things running, and we’ll fast-track your career as a Head of Cleaning with Sodexo. We believe operational excellence starts with you, as your leadership and expertise drive the highest standards across our client facilities. Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Cleaning Services within Hard FM and Technical Facilities environments. As a Head of Cleaning, you’ll: Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent quality and compliance Plan and oversee periodic and deep-cleaning programmes Organise team rotas, training, and performance management for a large workforce Maintain stock levels, equipment, and cleaning inventories Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, including COSHH regulations Build strong client relationships and respond effectively to feedback Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team Oversee and manage a team of 70+ cleaning staff What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a similar leadership role within cleaning or facilities management Strong knowledge of COSHH and health & safety regulations Excellent organisational and workload management skills Strong communication and IT skills Experience managing large teams (25+ staff daily), ideally across multi-site operations Background in corporate, industrial, or hospitality environments (desirable) A professional, detail-oriented, and approachable leadership style Why Sodexo?
