Fonthill Lodge Childcare Hollystown are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team at. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and professional setting. About the Role As a Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children in your care. You will lead by example, support your team, and work closely with management to maintain high standards across all areas of practice. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of early years educators Plan and implement a high-quality, play-based curriculum Ensure a warm, inclusive and engaging environment for all children Maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations and service policies Support the development and training of team members What We Are Looking For Minimum Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior educator role Strong leadership and communication skills A genuine passion for working with children Good knowledge of Aistear, Síolta, and Tusla requirements What We Offer A supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Ongoing training and upskilling If you are motivated, caring, and ready to lead a room with confidence and creativity, we would love to hear from you.
