We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wall and Floor Tiler to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and installing tiles on walls and floors across residential and commercial projects. The role requires a high standard of workmanship, precision, and strong trade knowledge. Key Responsibilities: • Measure and mark surfaces in accordance with layout plans and specifications • Prepare wall and floor surfaces, including cleaning, levelling, and waterproofing where required • Cut and shape tiles using appropriate hand and power tools • Install wall and floor tiles ensuring accurate alignment, spacing, and a high-quality finish • Apply grout, sealants, and finishing materials to a professional standard • Repair or replace damaged tiles as required • Work from construction drawings and technical specifications • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations Skills and Requirements: • Proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler • Ability to use tiling tools and equipment safely and effectively • Good knowledge of tile materials such as ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Strong attention to detail and precision • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in tiling • A trade qualification in tiling or a related field is desirable Salary: €36,605 per year Working Hours: 39 hours per week
