The Role
Perform material, equipment and installation inspections.
Perform particle sampling analysis.
Conformance / non-conformance reporting.
Document and archive per published TFS procedures.
Have benchmarks approved and signed of by our client.
Creates Safety Observation Reports.
Walk site with supervisor for snags.
W2 walk to ensure snags are completed and photograph complete systems.
Arrange walkdown with client.
Pressure testing (hydrostatic & pneumatic), Megger testing, Drain testing, Vacuum testing and base charge. Co-ordinate with site team and plan testing dates.
Update Clients testing tracker prepare packs for each system tested.
Once test is completed compile photographs of tests and prepare test pack to issue to client for signature.
Upload paperwork to CA database, Clients teams folders and quality tracker.
Attend Planning CX meeting, (Commissioning) meetings.
Internal tracking- update our internal matrix with all testing and quality checks daily.
Other duties as assigned by our PM.
  
Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience
Data centre experience construction projects preferred not essential.
Experience in construction, process equipment or piping industries.
Must have had experience on construction sites.
Health & Safety awareness on site.
Safe pass
Manual Handling
MEWP or IPAF certificate not essential.
Micros soft suit, Excel, Word.
BIM experience would be advantage.
