Starting Annual pay of €37000 based on 39 hours a week. Candidate should have recognised relevant qualifications and minimum of 5 years in similar role. Job description must be : Operations Management: Overseeing daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure a smooth flow.
Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling staff to maintain high service standards.
Financial Performance: Controlling operational costs, identifying waste, and managing budgets, payroll, and reporting.
Customer Experience: Handling guest complaints professionally and building positive rapport to ensure satisfaction.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
Compliance & Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
Marketing & Brand Image: Developing initiatives to boost restaurant popularity, including social media and local promotions.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar, senior role.
Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to motivate a team.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of restaurant management software and financial reporting.
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts, handle high-pressure situations, and make, on-the-spot decisions.
Education: A high school diploma is required; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus.
