Our Client FAUGHART COMMERCIALS LIMITED t/a McGeough Metals Ltd located at Faughart Upper Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland, is currently hiring 3 experienced HGV Mechanic.

Roles and Responsibilities Include-

Essential Experience and Knowledge in Inspection and Fault Finding and Diagnostics

Removal and Disassembly of Engines and Gearboxes, inc Electrical Systems

Rebuilding Gearboxes and fully synchronising electrical systems with the vehicle, refitting gearboxes, resetting the clutch, testing and rerunning vehicle

Repairing and rebuilding Engines, Refitting Engines to vehicles, connect and rewire all electrical components, units and modules, test and rerun vehicle

Inspecting, Diagnosing and Repairing Diesel Powered Engines and Gearboxes in various machines, e.g Motors, Forklifts, Trailers, Generators etc.,

Prioritise Work Load and Meeting urgent deadlines without compromising quality

Applicant must be a good communicator, be able to convey faults, diagnosis, estimate time scales and job plan.

This is a full-time position offering 39 hours per week with an annual salary range of €36,605 to €42,000.
