As part of our growth, we are seeking an ambitious Executive to join our Corporate Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated build on their experience in corporate finance transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive in Corporate Finance, you will support senior colleagues on a variety of assignments, including:
Assisting with valuations, due diligence, and financial modelling.
Supporting mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising transactions.
Conducting industry and market research to support client projects.
Preparing reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
Assisting in the preparation of business plans and financial projections.
Liaising with clients, banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Supporting the wider practice team where required.

Qualifications & Skills:
A degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in corporate finance, transactions, and advisory work.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (experience with financial modelling is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
