Job Description:
Beechwood Childcare is recruiting a Childcare Room Leader to manage a childcare room and deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years. The role includes planning and implementing activities in line with Aistear and Síolta, supervising staff within the room, maintaining records of children’s development, and ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Minimum QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ childcare experience (room leadership experience desirable)
Knowledge of Tusla regulations
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Other:
Garda Vetting required
