Foxfield Properties Ltd is currently seeking to recruit two experienced and motivated Commis Chefs to join our dedicated and professional kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to develop their culinary skills in a structured and supportive kitchen environment.
The Commis Chef will work closely with senior chefs, assisting in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and teamwork.
The employment shall commence on a date to be confirmed, subject to the successful candidate being granted a General Employment Permit and holding valid immigration permission to work in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
Following kitchen procedures and instructions to ensure smooth daily operations
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality standards
Preparing ingredients and completing mise en place for service
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and order in all kitchen areas
Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times

Requirements
A positive attitude and willingness to learn within a professional kitchen environment
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality food service
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards 
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role

Working Hours: 39h p/w
Salary: €36,605 per annum
