Bluestone Personnel Ltd T/A Protential Resources are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for their location at Killegland Street, Ashbourne, Co. Meath Ireland. This is a unique opportunity for a recruitment professional who understands the complexities of agriculture and can effectively connect industry-leading organizations with top talent.

The Role:
Source, attract, and engage skilled professionals across the agricultural industry.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within specialized agricultural fields.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
Stay informed on agricultural practices, workforce trends, and industry developments to align recruitment efforts with sector demands.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements;
Proven experience as a Recruitment consultant, with a strong track record in the agricultural sector.
Deep knowledge of agricultural practices, roles, and workforce trends.
Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to attract both active and passive candidates.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
