Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

Parish Facilities Caretaker required to carry out general building and grounds upkeep. Duties will include: 
- grass cutting and hedge trimming
- painting and the preparation of surfaces for painting
- litter control around the the property
- reporting any issues with garden machinery to parish secretary
- partaking and completing relevant health & safety training as organised by the scheme.

Work schedule is rostered on a week on/off basis working 39 hours the week you are on. Various training opportunities will be offered based on personal interests and career aspirations.
