To provide high quality, person centred care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans, promoting dignity, independence, privacy, and respect at all times.
Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Support residents with eating and drinking, ensuring nutritional and hydration needs are met.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Assist with repositioning and safe moving and handling practices in line with training.
Observe, monitor, and report any changes in residents’ physical or mental condition to the Staff Nurse.
