Heco Ventures Limited requires a Carpenter for their operations at 3A Iona Crescent, Dublin, Dublin 9, D09 HR90.

This is a full-time permanent role for 39 hours per week at a salary of €46,644 per annum (€23.00 per hour). Salary may be higher depending on experience and will increase proportionately where additional hours are required.

We are now recruiting for a permanent full-time Carpenter.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry duties across residential and commercial projects, including structural and finishing works. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, installing doors and frames, constructing timber structures, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities: 
	Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber and other materials according to specifications.
	Install doors, frames, windows, staircases and other structural components.
	Construct and install drywall partitions, stud walls and ceiling frameworks.
	Carry out flooring installation, including laminate and timber flooring.
	Interpret and work from technical drawings, plans and site instructions.
	Perform repairs, maintenance and finishing carpentry work as required.
	Ensure all work is completed to required quality standards and project timelines.
	Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
	Work collaboratively with other trades and site personnel.
	Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.


Key Requirements: 
	Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Carpenter or in a similar construction role.
	Proven ability to carry out a range of carpentry tasks including structural and finishing work.
	Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
	Strong practical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
	Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
	Professional working level of English required.
	Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a construction environment.
	Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
