Buyer required to work at Resley de Souza & Rienia Ferreira, located at 8 Cluain Aodha, Ballyhugh, Gort, Galway, Ireland. The candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar role. Duties include: sourcing and procuring cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables in line with operational requirements; identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery; managing supplier relationships to maintain reliable supply chains; monitoring stock levels and forecasting purchasing needs based on operational demand; ensuring all procured materials comply with health, safety, and environmental standards; coordinating with operational teams to ensure availability of materials; analysing purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities; maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation; supporting the adoption of sustainable and environmentally friendly products; ensuring procurement processes comply with company policies and financial controls.
