Hi-Spec Engineering Limited are recruiting Mechanical Design Engineers for their site Station Road, Kilcarrig, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow.

Job description;
•	Producing 3D models & 2D fabrication drawings for customised machine orders. 
•	Producing detailed specifications and designs based on customer requirements. These will include hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic elements. 
•	Liaising with production during fabrication and assembly of customised machines. A hands-on approach is expected. 
•	Producing bills of materials for designs. Ensuring all the required components and elements of the design are completed on time and to the correct specification. 
•	Liaising with sales personal and customers to ensure the correct setup and use of finished machines. Providing documentation where required. 
•	Archiving all design details for future reference and after sales support. 

Requirements;
•	Experience in the agricultural machinery industry. 
•	Diploma/Degree level education in Mechanical Engineering. 
•	Experience working with MS Excel and Solidworks. 
•	Experience working with agricultural machinery.

This is a full time role, 39 hours per week. Remuneration is €36,605 to €42,000 per annum, based on experience.
