Aureol Global Connections is hiring experienced Shuttering Carpenters on behalf of Park Engineering Limited, Park Cross, Stradbally, Co Laois. Ideal candidate must have 1–2+ years’ experience in formwork and concrete construction. The role involves reading and interpreting construction drawings, measuring and assembling formwork to specification, installing reinforcement, and ensuring correct alignment and levelling prior to concrete pours. Responsibilities also include applying release agents, safely dismantling formwork after curing, and inspecting, repairing, and maintaining reusable panels. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of concrete behaviour and construction sequencing, be proficient with power tools, physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively as part of a team while adhering to site safety and quality standards.
