The Dunraven Arms Hotel Unlimited Company is recruiting multiple Chefs de Partie for our premises at Main Street, Adare, County Limerick, V94 KV2P. The salary range starts from €36,000 and goes to €56,000 based on a 39-hour week. Salary will increase proportionately if additional hours are required. Salary offered shall be based on relevant experience and qualifications. We are now recruiting for permanent full-time qualified Chefs de Partie. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to ensure high-quality dish preparation and presentation. Responsibilities include supervising junior staff, maintaining hygiene standards, managing ingredients, and collaborating with the team to refine menu items. Key Requirements: Sufficient relevant experience. A professional working level of English is required. Must have good teamwork and communication skills.
