About the Role
As a Quality Assurance professional at Manley, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality excellence across various live projects. In this position, you will manage the quality interests of the company, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards. Your work will primarily take place at our head office, with regular visits to project sites for meetings and assessments. This role offers ample opportunities for professional growth and development, as it is a newly established position within the company

Location: Duleek and Site as required 
Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Hours of work: 39 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
•	Management of the Quality Management system.
•	Manage compliance records, site inspections and project handover to ensure adherence to BCAR requirements.
•	Oversee and standardise quality inspections across sites
•	Review, validate and ensure high-quality issuance of site reports, snag lists and defect reports to internal teams, subcontractors and clients 
•	Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring quality trends and feeding structured insight back to design and delivery teams.
•	Strengthen and formalise quality reporting processes and documentation standards.
•	Represent the business at Project meetings
•	Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices, ensuring that all team members understand their roles in maintaining quality standards.

Suitable candidates should have:
•	A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor is essential
•	Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
•	Be able to communicate well and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of construction practices, trades and techniques
•	Technically astute
•	Excellent Information Technology skills
•	A full clean European driver’s license and a form of transport which will enable you to fulfil your responsibilities
•	Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•	The ability to work as part of a team
•	The ability to meet deadlines
•	Professional presence, dress and demeanour

Salary: €40,904 per annum
