About the Company

Mutual Enterprises Limited trading as "BarBarossa" operates a restaurant and food service establishment providing high-quality dining in a professional kitchen environment.

We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard within your designated section.
Support the kitchen team in daily operations.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Assist in the preparation of menu items in line with restaurant standards.
Maintain strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
Assist with stock control, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and further develop culinary skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Solid understanding of food safety standards.
Must be available to work 39 hours per week.
